Between the Sips marks not only our very first opening event, but also a celebration of craft and storytelling in every glass. We’re honored to host Niko Idham Kholid—a bartender whose journey spans from server to sommelier, from barback to bar-tender, and now, the visionary behind his own bar, “Between the Sips.” On this special night, he’ll bring that journey to our stage, inviting you to taste the stories that live between each sip.
